SMS-Fly for Uspacy
SMS to clients right from a deal, lead or contact card — through your company's SMS-Fly account. Templates with variables, sender names, delivery statuses and balance — all in one place.
Why
If your company already sends SMS via SMS-Fly, the app will let you do it right from Uspacy: a manager opens a card, picks a number and a template and sends the SMS — no switching windows, no copying numbers. Every message and its status stay in the card's history.
Using another service? There are ready-made apps for SMS Club and Kyivstar SMS.
What we're planning
SMS from a CRM card
An “SMS-Fly” tab in deals, leads, contacts, companies and smart objects; phone numbers of the card and its linked contacts are picked up automatically.
Templates with variables
Any card field goes into the text: name, order number, amount, date. Separate templates for each entity.
Counter and transliteration
See the number of characters and SMS. One-click transliteration — in Latin, one SMS holds 160 characters instead of 70.
Your sender names
Sender names come from your SMS-Fly account; the administrator chooses the allowed ones and the default.
Statuses and balance
Delivery statuses update by themselves — in the history and in the card feed. The SMS-Fly balance in the send form and a warning when it runs low.
Test and security
“Test sending” in the settings and a request log for the administrator; the API key is stored encrypted and never shown in the browser.
The first release is SMS; Viber and the Viber → SMS cascade are planned for the next one. This description is preliminary — the feature list may change before release. Have a suggestion? Let us know.
