Why

Kyivstar offers Programmable SMS — messaging from your own sender name via an official API. The app will let you send these SMS right from Uspacy — no separate dashboard, no copying numbers, no middlemen. Every message and its status will stay in the card's history.

What we're planning

SMS from a CRM card

The number is taken from the lead, deal or contact card; a counter shows the number of characters and SMS.

Your sender name

Messages are sent from the sender name registered with Kyivstar.

Templates with CRM fields

Client name, order number, amount — filled in from the card automatically.

Delivery statuses

See whether the SMS was delivered; a record of the message appears in the card's activity feed.

Kyivstar rates

You pay for SMS directly to Kyivstar at its rates — we don't sell or resell messages.

Secure connection

Kyivstar API access keys (Client ID/Secret) are stored only on the server, in encrypted form.

What you'll need

  1. Kyivstar account

    Register in the Kyivstar API market and complete verification (company or sole proprietor tax ID).

  2. Sender name

    Apply for a sender name in the Kyivstar dashboard — approval can take up to two weeks.

  3. Connect to Uspacy

    Install the app from the Marketplace and enter the Client ID and Secret from the Kyivstar dashboard.
